A month or so ago I received a phone from Elaine. A prospective client who was calling on behalf of her husband’s neurosurgery practice. She thought that his practice should have a website and I agreed. So we met and discussed the web design process and began work on www.lewistonneurosurgery.com.
I finished the website a few weeks ago and I have to be honest, I didn’t expect Elaine to see a major return on her investment. I mean, let’s be honest, how many people search for brain surgeons online? Not exactly a booming internet trend. Also, Elaine had informed me before we got started on the website, that 99.99% of her husband’s patients were referred from other doctors. So my hopes weren’t high. So you can imagine my surprise when less than 2 weeks after we launched the website, a gentleman filled out the contact form asking to schedule an appointment!
